Shipping & Delivery Policy
We’re a UK-based business and currently ship within the UK only. Unfortunately, this does not include Northern Ireland at present, due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) introduced in December 2024, which we’re not yet able to comply with.
Processing Times
All of our products are made to order in our onsite studio, and most can be personalised just for you.
- Processing time: 1–2 working days
- Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the following morning
- Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the day after next
- Weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days
Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it’s dispatched — delivery time begins after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.

Delivery times are estimates only and are provided by Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
UK Untracked Services

Second Class (Standard Delivery): 2–5 working days (weekdays only)
Please note: Royal Mail no longer delivers Second Class post on Saturdays. Deliveries now take place on alternate weekdays.
Delivery Upgrades (available at checkout)
- First Class: 1–3 working days
UK Tracked Services
- Tracked 48: 2–4 working days
- Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
Shipping options and prices will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order. If you’re unsure which option is best, feel free to message us — we’re always happy to help.
Seasonal Delays
During busier times of the year (such as Christmas and other seasonal holidays), delivery delays are expected.
- Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment
- Delivery estimates may be extended during peak periods
Known Royal Mail delays (as of December 2025):
Expect to wait an additional 5 working days on from the original delivery estimate.
Need Your Order by a Specific Date?
If you need your item by a specific date, we strongly recommend upgrading to 1st Class or a tracked delivery service for faster delivery and added peace of mind. These services are always prioritised over 2nd Class.
While we always dispatch orders within our stated processing times, we can’t be held responsible for delays once your parcel is with Royal Mail.
Late Arrivals
If your item hasn’t arrived within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to investigate with Royal Mail. Information regarding refunds can be found in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.Seasonal Closures
From time to time, we may take short seasonal breaks (such as over Christmas and New Year). During these periods, orders can still be placed, but they won’t be processed or dispatched until we return.
Any upcoming closure dates and final posting deadlines will always be clearly communicated on our website.
