Shipping & Delivery Policy

We’re a UK-based business and only ship within the UK currently, with the exception of Northern Ireland who are excluded due to GSPR rules we cannot currently comply with - Sorry about that. Every order is made with care and packed with love before heading out to you via Royal Mail.


Processing Times

All of our products are made to order in our onsite studio, and most can be personalised just for you.

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days

  • Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the following morning

  • Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the day after next

  • Weekends and bank holidays are not counted as working days

Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order before it’s dispatched — delivery time begins after dispatch, not from the date of purchase.


Royal Mail Delivery Options & Estimated Times

Delivery times are estimations only and are provided by Royal Mail. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. 

UK Untracked Services

  • Second Class (Standard Delivery): 2–5 working days (weekdays only)
    Please note: Royal Mail no longer delivers Second Class post on Saturdays. Deliveries now take place on alternate weekdays.

Delivery Upgrades (available at checkout)

  • First Class: 1–3 working days

UK Tracked Services

  • Tracked 48: 2–4 working days

  • Tracked 24: 1–2 working days

Seasonal Delays

During busier times of the year (such as Christmas and other seasonal holidays), delivery delays are expected.

  • Please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment

  • Delivery estimates may be extended during peak periods


Royal Mail delays (as of 5th March 2026):
Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays which may extend delivery beyond the original estimate. Tracked delivery options are available at checkout and are recommended in the lead-up to Mother’s Day to give your order the best chance of arriving in time.


Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

If you need your item by a specific date, we strongly recommend upgrading to 1st Class or a tracked service for faster delivery and greater peace of mind. These services are always prioritised over 2nd Class.

While we always dispatch orders on time, once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery is outside our control and delays may occasionally occur. We cannot be held responsible if your order does not arrive in time for a specific date or occasion.

We have a separate Returns & Refunds Policy with full details.
As most items are personalised and made to order, they are generally non-refundable — but if there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
