⭐️ Personalisation Your pet’s name will be printed on the front of the card exactly as you enter it, so please double-check the spelling before placing your order. Longer names may appear in a slightly smaller font size to ensure they fit neatly within the design.
If you spot a mistake or would like to make a change after ordering, please get in touch as soon as possible. You have 1 hour from the time of purchase to request any changes. Once this 1-hour window has passed, your order will enter production and changes can no longer be made, regardless of the current order or dispatch status.
If you request a change, please keep an eye on your messages for confirmation. I may need to contact you to clarify your request, and failure to respond may result in your order being cancelled if I’m unable to confidently proceed with the personalisation.
